  • Who created COSMO?

    COSMO began more than 30 years ago when Gary Wood recognized a simple pattern for growth and achievement in biblical writings and began applying it to leadership and coaching.


    Jerri Ann Jensen later acquired Gary’s intellectual property, expanded the framework, and founded COSMO Advantage to bring its broader applications to individuals, teams and organizations.


    Today, COSMO is a proprietary leadership operating system designed to help people think clearly, navigate challenges, make decisions and move forward with wisdom.


  • What is the COSMO Advantage?

    The COSMO Advantage is what happens when people begin using the same simple framework to think, communicate, make decisions and act.
